Some one asked me today what HTML editor was Free and let you edit the HTML code and see your changes on the same screen.
I replied Outlook Express is, I think, although I haven't used it in a while.
What I do is to use CuteHTML on half the screen usually the bottom half. Then I open a web browser to the page I'm working on. And put it on the top half. When I make a change in the CuteHTML window I then click the save Icon and then refresh the web browser to see the changes.
I do know there are more HTML editors out there but I have not tried any other HTML editors. For my web design I mostly use the following programs to get them done. Notepad, Internet Explorer, CuteHTML, WS_FTP_Lite, Paint Shop Pro.
I have tried Frontpage and it would probably be my second choice for a design tool but it is expensive and I would have to learn it all over again.
For now I am sticking with my Notepad.
